Holding your hand
Sharing your dreams
Feeling your pain
Comforting your sadness
Respecting your anger
Appreciating your love

Holding your heart
gently in my hands.
Sharing your feelings
with all of my being.
Feeling your eyes
looking deep in my soul.
Comforting your weeknesses
with all of my truths.
Respecting your space
when you need time alone.
Appreciating you
when you were placed in
my heart for eternity.

These are my dreams
with you.

Now do you understand???

I actually am trying to get back together with my ex whom I've written many poems about, and him and I talked about it last night so I ended up breaking the terrible writers block that wayoutwalt and I were discussed. I then wrote the poem. It's everything that I want to share with him. Thanx again for reading my work and I look forward to hearing yours.
