I watch the traffic go by As the thoughts clutter my mind; All I can think of is you, and I want to leave your ghost behind. You're haunting my days, keeping me awake every night; I lay entwined in the darkness, With your image burning bright... Burning right Through me, into my dreams; Dreams become nightmares, And I'm searching for the seams-- But there are none, Nothing to pull this mess together; I don't know where I stand In this crazy world of nether. Your ghost has possessed my emotions, I only want control over my heart; This is a crazy game, We both know we're meant to part. We aren't meant to be together, I wonder why you're so insane? Thought I was the only one who'd lose my mind, 'Cause I'm so used to the pain... You weren't supposed to fall the way you did, Aren't you the rational one?
