I can't do what the others do
It's too late for me
I can only ask of you
Will you wait for me

If you do
I promise to
Make the world of you
And the sky
Won't ask me why
I take the world from you

I dip my hand into a silver stream
And i drink of you
I slip my mind into an endless dream
And I think of you

gotta say, i hear ya, i spent the last three years making a living as a drummer. trying to make a living doing what you love is pure hell. but your words speak volumes, i'm on my way to check out the rest.
