Elizabeth.....I REALLY enjoyed this piece. IT is well-written and deals with the flip side of man as the victimizer, although many are. It is thought provoking and nicely portrayed. Thank you.

some men deserve a lesson by a female Don Juan

I found this piece rather interesting, Elizabeth..... I wish I caught this one earlier.

It shows a good deal of manipulation involved on both male and female roles as the one who tries to tempt. Apparentally, looks are deceiving.... a brilliant, well-laid phrasing of how events turn out. Thank you for sharing your talent.

p.s. I agree, if men can't stop themselves looking at women, they do deserve the lesson.

I'm glad you all liked this piece, and I apologize for not replying earlier. (I haven't visited here in a while.) But thank you all once again...
This poem is based on a real-life situation. The "temptress" was based on a girl I know, and what I was trying to say when I wrote this was that in this type of situation, you can't always place full blame on the guy. While this thing was going on, I saw the way the girl looked at the guy, talked to him, etc. He was the one to be slammed...look up my posting in "The Alley" on sexual harassment if you want to know more about how this thing was started.
