There is so much to see and do,
So much that turns me on,
Like holding hands by candlelight
And waiting for the dawn.

A love that needs not a condition
But given true and free,
Or seagulls riding on the wind,
Skimming the waves and sea.

Like flowers blooming in the spring,
Their faces whirls of color,
True virtue that comes from the heart
And never asks a dollar.

Like a piano played alone,
As Mozart use to do,
Have music ring inside my head
And leave me feeling blue.

The love that glows on Mothers faces
And shines upon her children,
Paintings that take my breath away
Or leave me quite bewildered.

A shooting star that lets me dream
Or makes a wish come true,
The rain that falls on summer days,
And makes all bright and new.

The lending of a helping hand
To someone who's in need,
Those are the things that turn_me_on,
Good things they are indeed.

Your poetry has a way of 'turning me on' and I don't mean in a sexual way (maybe)...you have always had a clarity of vision in your words that envoke feelings in my soul. This is a great piece of poetry....and I speak more about content than form. Thanks.

You write poetry like you paint with few subtlety's bright and clear. Good job.

With such a ferocious name, I expected something rough & gruff from you! I was so pleased to read something with so much feeling & beauty in it! Bravo....I shall look into more of your work....

Wolfgang, come out of your hiding cave! I've been wondering where you've been? Hibernation's in Christmas (maybe) but not in the summer, or is it the Arctic Circle where you have been living?

(frankly don't take me seriously, I'm just anxious to see more of your works)

Your words are still fresh for one who has talent enduring over the years. I am turned on by all those things, and many, many more beyond that. Look up during the nights this month, and you might see a shooting star ... The Perseids are on ...
