Do you love me like I love you?
Let us do what lovers do.
Let us drink of the Cupid kiss.
And hang in one another's bliss.
Soaring so unbelieveably high.
Into one another's eyes.

On you I float just like a cloud.
You're the rain I'm the ground.
In you I find the warmest shroud.
You make this world not so loud.
But now you're gone and now I see
A painful bite, reality.
And I just wish that you could free
This love inside of me.
I'm a prisoner of the heart
From the start
A prisoner of the heart.

If your love could only stay
Just for one more blessed day.
I wouldn't let you get away.
I'd beg and plead for you to stay.
Bound from the moment in shackles and chains.
Hypnotized by all my pain.
You would forever remain
A prisoner of the heart.

sad feel to this one....knowing that it isn't really love if it is forced with 'shackles and chains'.
