Not sure what I'm asking here, but with the passing of Madame Chipmunk, I am remembering as well, our friend Wilfred Yeats. So...I'm wondering if it is feasible to "flag" or give some kind of indication to newer members who may not be aware that they are reading words written by a desceased member of passions. This is not merely to honor our friends, but also to avoid potentially distasteful "critique" by newer members who really wouldn't have a reason to know better.

As I said, just a thought...smile, and not even thought out very clearly at that.

But Ron? That's why you get paid the big bucks...smile.

That is a wonderful idea, Serenity - I wonder how Ron might be able to institute such a tribute...

you are ever thinking, my friend...

Very good idea Serenity.
Let's see if Ron can come up with something.

It is a good idea. Someone recently brought one of Wilfred's poems up in Adult..it was a bit uncomfortable.

Perhaps it can go into the profile page so that it shows up under their name on their posts... I think it's a good idea, Karen - Thanks...

The passing of Lyra brought Wilfred to mind for me too, Karen, and I had a similar thought about some kind of recognition in their posts.
And there are others?
And there will be more . . .
An entry could be made in the "location" block of the profile and that would appear with each post.
But Ron probably has a better idea.

Yes, please.
Yesterday I read and replied to one in Teen (?) forum, and the reply from Alwye clued me to the fact the writer is now deceased, a young lady named Erin. I would never have known otherwise, and did not know about Wilfred Yeats either.
The poetry lives long after the poet, as we all dream should be the case with our own writings.

Maybe have a white heart on their posts. Kind of like the books next to the book submissions!
