Assuming the poor little bump, never makes it back to the main poetry areas....

Somebody suggested in another thread, that the discussion forums should have it... because they are mostly aimed at being interactive and the author is just a part of the interactive dialoge. His comments throughout the life of the post should move it up as well. It shouldn't matter that he posted it in the first place, because it was just meant as a discussion piece...

I know some just put personal pieces in, but hey its an imperfect world.... or so I've heard.

Parker, these are two really good possible solutions/alternatives - It's one thing to just say "I don't like it", and totally another to say "I don't like it, how about this?"  I for one, appreciate it very much that you and a few others have been making suggestions about the 'un-bump vs. bump'.

Have you posted these ideas in the main Alley thread?  Ron *might* (of course, I'm not his mind...so I don't know for sure...lol) see the suggestions there first.  Or, have you emailed him?

I think yours, and everyone else's, suggestions on the matter should be seen - Ron, if anything, is one of the fairest people on the planet.  And, he listens...I know that in the end, he will try to do what is fair for as many people as possible.

I see all the suggestions, almost as quickly as they're made. The ones I'm iffy on get filed in my brain. The ones I really like go into my Library, usually for the next software upgrade. The ones I absolutely love are often implemented by morning.

This is probably a Library suggestion.
