Pop Ups for Challenges

Just had an idea.

To keep better track of current challenges, how about a box or link at the top of each forum, showing current challenges, and which forum they are in. Clicking on a challenge will activate a pop-up window, giving criteria for that particular challenge.

Any opinions?

Hmmm....did some thinking...how hard would it be to transfer challenges from the Challenge! Forum to a link like what is used for Today, at the top of each screen?

Ok, had to edit due to another idea on this topic...
How about if, inside the Challenge! Forum, there was a link to set not only name and criteria, but also a time frame, or how long that challenge would last. I know the Today link is updated each time a page is refreshed...so would be the Challenge link, with old challenges being removed from that link when they expired, to be archived back in the Challenge! Forum. Sound feasible?
