I think the topic of offensive material has been brought up...
A MILLION TIMES!
And I'd like to repost the suggestion for a person/persons for people to read a post someone was concerned either where to place it, or whether or not to at all.
Ms devine offered to help, perhpas there is a way to let people know this. I also would be willing to help, as would many others, if that person became overwhelmed...

Another suggestion: THE ABILITY TO EDIT YOUR TITLE!

I have one problem with your suggestion. Since morality cannot be defined or legislated, how can one person speak for all individuals on any subject? If such were the case, only one person need vote to determine who the President will be.

The system that I have used as a Moderator is two-fold, if I receive multiple complaints on a post I will suggest moving it to a more appropriate forum. Secondly, I will enlist the opinion of at least one other Moderator and as a whole make a decision. This assumes the post is not blatantly offensive of course.

If an individual wants a determination made as to what forum a post belongs in, I would suggest taking the post to the Moderator of the forum you think it would go in, for an opinion. Otherwise, I am always available by ICQ and more than willing to help.

As an addition for clarity. I am not speaking of a judging matter, more of a way to let others know that they can get input from someone on how and where to post. It would be merely suggestion, not required. An opportunity to get some feedback, if the suject matter is in doubt. I am not implying that free speech be inhibited at all. Only the opportunity for to recieve feedback on where a post is most likely to belong.
