Have you ever heard about,
All these poets with writers block?
All the symptoms seem to fit,
Lately I think that I have it!

I never thought I'd be the one,
Where poetry words just wouldn't come,
I start a poem but that is it,
Lose my thoughts and don't write shit.

I've written down on bits of paper,
Scraps of verse to finish later,
Then later comes and I never,
Even get those scraps together.

I guess I could put the words in line,
Got no meter, got no rhyme,
Nothin' much, and little worth
Just call them all "Toerag's Free Verse"

So to all of you, I must confess,
I'm becoming quite word-less
I guess I better think on this,
What the hell will I write next?

Toerag: Well... I could always ship you all my little scraps of paper... and when you finished laughing at my efforts (or lack thereof *G*), your notes would be quite inspiring? LOL.

Seriously, dear friend... if you write this well WITH writer's block, you're not gonna gather a whole lot of sympathy for your woes! LOL. Great poem!

Toe,
You are the one person in the world who could make me laugh at writer's block. Thanks, really needed a laugh today, anyway.
