Listen poets, one and all
We have a challenge for y’all
So get yourself to that forum
We need you all, not just a quorum

A challenge issued for you tonight
To take up the gauntlet join the fight
Test your power, hone your skill
Meet that challenge if you will

Sestina, Pantoum, you know these
And a Villanelle if you please!
Sonnet, Haiku, just for fun
So come on over, everyone!

The first of the challenges being a sestina - Email me if you need some assistance... They aren't as easy as you might think...

I never think structured poetry is easy - I don't think free verse is easy - I'm working on a sestina and had to create a table just to keep my end words straight! It's giving me a headache.... please, join me! I hate to suffer alone.
