My rhyme is less than perfect -Leaving much to be desired I struggle with each subject -‘Till my mind is raw and tired In writing, it is my weakness -In life, I have many more But all to you, I did confess -In comfort, as never before I want to write sweet verse -That profess my feelings true Of souls o’er lifetimes traverse -And auras harmonizing in hue Could I tell you my love does soar -With the eagles ruling the sky? That it shakes my very core -Knowing to me, you soon will fly? Truly you are my better half -Completing me in every way And with you, I love to laugh -Together, as we pass each day Oh, surely you must be told -The color of your hair Be it brown, or be it gold -Of this, I’ve little care ‘Tis the one inside I see -Your light outshines the brightest sun Its warmth washes over me -I stand helpless…my heart you’ve won And though my verse is a little rough Only half fault to that is due Simply because, there aren’t words strong enough To express my love for you |

Nay, sweet Satiate...you are my better half, and we could probably debate this point until the end of time, refilling each others coffee cups out of the sheer joy of serving the other. Thank you for struggling so very hard with this one...I know is was tough for you. And I love you. You are my soul's desire and completion. Thank you for being who you are.
