Where once

Where once her presence filled the air,
Now just sets an empty chair.
Where once there rang the dinner sound,
Now the silence is profound.

Where once a scent did fill the room,
Now the scent, a bloom less bloom.
Where once her vibrants moved the light,
Now lies coldness and the night.

Where once played footsteps on the floor,
Quiet now the portal door.
Where once her love in full rapport,
Silent now forever more.

Seymore...masterfully written and hauntingly beautiful yet sad.

Seymour, this is as beautiful as it is painful. Great writing, friend
