"I don't have a reason to feel bad today"
"but it's in season, so if i may...
can i fill up you with distress and dismay?"
my ears pricked up "oh what will he say?"

"You see there was a time when I was gone,
You thought I was lonely, but you were wrong,
The vacation was tedious and far too long.
Why would you care? You're oh so strong."

He cleared his throat and breathed in
"Let's see,now where can I ever begin?
It wasn't a mistake, just a little sin
I thought I told you. Want to hear again?"

I knew what was coming and I thought I might
Tell him I didn't care, just out of spite
Things in the past should be left there, right?
What's the use of losing, if you don't want to fight?

"There was a girl, I forgot her name
So many faces, but now they all seem the same
We had to stay inside because of the rain
What? Why are you crying? Are you in pain?"

He stopped for a second to check for my tears
But with no attempt to dispell my fears
He said "She had something in her looks and leers."
All his casual cruelties fell upon my ears.

"You know it was germany a foreign land.
She reached out for me and took my hand
No I didn't fight, I couldn't even stand.
If you had seen this girl, you would understand.

She put it in a place I didn't try to touch.
And then some kisses, it wasn't so much
She whispered words in German and such
Hey come on it was only a touch!"

All this time he had grown on me like a rash
Dreams fall down, slam and crash
He flicked my feelings away like cigarette ash
I'd have to say that we clash

Sad story. You did a nice job showing
the thoughts of both parties.
