Sometimes I donít know what to say
So I say nothing at all.
I stand idly by, feeling useless
Wiping away the tears that fall.
Iíd like to reach out and hug you,
Pull you close to me.
Give you shelter in my arms,
Love you tenderly.
If there were something I could do
To take your pain away
Iíd do it in a second,
If only there was a way.
Iíd like to tell you itíd be all right
But itís a promise I canít give.
You have to find a reason to go on,
Your own will to live.
Just know that I care for you
Youíve touched me in my heart
This world would be a dimmer place
If you were not a part.
Work like you don't need the money, love like it's never going to hurt, dance like nobody's watching.
