Of romance and hero's

In the quiet of the night
Sort the patterns of the day.
Bringing life to fantasies
In a phantom sort of way.

Romance blooms within the heart
Hero's come from out the blue.
Fear is lost and put aside
And the world reshapes anew.

Outlandish things are common
Extra terrestrial is play,
Impossible becomes the norm
And the night becomes the day.

Dreaming half our lives away
There's a balance that is true
For the adults of this world
Were the children we once Knew.

Be you young or be you old,
I wish you all your dreams can hold.

We are never too old to dream Seymore. We are nothing without our dreams

Thank you all for leaving footprints!!

That poem is short, but it offers much. I liked the reference to the idea that we are all heroes in our dreams.
Very nice.

A beautiful, and quite soothing message, Seymour. Thank you.

Right you are, Sy. Things ARE magically transformed at night. You did a very good job with this one.
