I glance at this deep well
memory and dreams that dwell
inside my sadness into my soul
the breath of past, chill, cold

I stare at unfulfilled dreams
broken paths, downward steps
wings clipped , shoes that weight
feet leave deep marks yet they stink

I see self pity feeding me
worms bare higher dignity
I'm the pig that wallows in stale mud of fate
mud of sadness, hatred, disgusting self hate.

A nice expression of very personal feelings. I think we have all felt this way from time to time. Welcome to the group
