Satiate

Addicted am I found
Though she's not around
Timidly watching the clock
Slicing seconds to tick and tock
Time dragging its schoolboy feet
Until the moment we can meet
A longing, a need keeps me awake
And my heart does palpitate
Waiting for my Satiate

Naked fear waits within
Even after I land at ten
Will she want me? Yes or no
Hoping that my tears won't flow
For not often do I cry
Save when soft words bring them nigh
Even now I tremble and quake
As my thoughts illuminate
The visage of my Satiate

And I know such wonderous love
Is a gift from God above
With comfort both sublime, surreal
I to her secrets reveal
And from such our love grows stronger
Though the days do seem much longer
So very hard, yet still I wait
To stand before my boarding gate
And fly the sky to Satiate

Found in love, kit and kaboodle
Longing for my sNikkidoodle
Chestnut tresses, storm-green eyes
Across the sky-bowl my love lies
Both our stomachs will syncro-flip
When my plane pulls in the slip
Then will end my lifelong wait
Long I've searched for my soul-mate
Finding such in Satiate

Alicat, the lovestruck kilted kitty

LOL - Never let it be said that I don't take direction well - even though I don't - I liked it this morning, and I like it now...

Thank you everyone for the heartfelt replies.
Chris...yeah, man, that anticipation is gonna be strong.
Nan...it's ok...I was the kinda kid who would start on model planes, get stuck, then read the instructions.
Iloveit and hoot_owl...thank you both for such tender words.

Satiate...you know my love transcends the physcical world...find me there.
