What is poetry?
Why does it rhyme?
Must one always mark rythm,
cadance, and time?

Is punctuation important?
Commas, periods, and question marks in place?
Is grammar important?
Mis-use will cost face?

Are you poets so harsh,
if the endings don't match?
On poorly ryhmed prose,
will your ribbing latch?

Or can one let go,
a spirit set free...
To soar through the mindrealms
and invite you to join?

To journey the love of another,
the hate of another,
even the pain of another?

Dare I open my heart?
Bare my breast to your knife,
and allow you to pardon, encourage,
or even yank out the bloody thing and leave me lying there wondering why I feel like I am reliving Indian Jones and the temple of Doom?

I hold it, that a little rebellion, now and then, is a good thing...

Be as free as you like Rand. I'm not picky.
Something I've been curious about myself.

Randal...you'll find we are a very easy group to get along with. Welcome to the group...and this was nicely done by the way.

thanks to you all... I was feeling whimsical when I wrote that...

I have noticed some bulletin boards are a little rough on newbies, so I thought i would dash that off as a kind of joke ...

I think this place is gonna be fun.
