I miss you,
call you up just
to say goodnight.
Drop you a note,
to simply let you know,
you're on my mind.
We say I love
before we hang up the line.
Ask me what I want to hear,
I will reply,
sweet nothings in my ear.
Our most intimate thoughts we share,
every night look to skies, & stare,
I will see you there.
To lose your love,
I swear,
must be my greatest fear.
You know I don't fear much,
nothing can compare
to your beautiful touch.
Now have a seat,
won't you please?
Stay with me for just a while,
this love has lasted so many miles.
All I ask of you,
is for you to listen to me.
I just want you to see,
how much you truly mean to me.
My love for you,
like a river,
it flows,
always & forever.
Like the wind to reach you,
through the tree tops, it blow.
And live a rose,
every day it grows, and grows.
My love will reach you wherever you are,
regardless of just how far.
Glancing upon memories of you & I.
I realize my love for you,
will never die.
