The hills may fade the stars may fall
and we may be apart
but my unpassioned love for you
will never leave my heart...
My love for you is stronger than
the wildest wind or rain
and it will live when life itself
appears to be in vain...
Above the roar and chaos
against the raging sea
and after all the sands of time
have joined eternity...
My love is more enduring than
the ever faithful friend
and far beyond my fondest hopes
that touch the rainbows end...
And though the universe may burn
and melt away the sky
my love for you will be the same
and it will never die!

Great poem Echo. It touched me very much. If that was written for someone they are very lucky. If you just wrote it to write it, it is very beatiful and if you ever decided to give it to someone they will love it, and if they don't, they don't deserve someone with a passion such as yours.

Melanie another extraordinary piece. Gosh Hon I'm wearing a face of shame that I missed so many of your works. They truly are beautiful. May your gift rub off on me someday. Oh, to be able to write like this.
