What happened to our youth, so young?
Killing each other with a rifle, a gun!
They all blame the others,
Good Grief, where are their Mothers!
I was raised with weapons in my house,
the artillery stayed or it was our rouse.
My heart aches for all
involved with a child who put up a wall,
A teen who hangs at the mall.
Not making a call, just alone, without a dad.
A silent cry, "Help me Mom, I'm bad."
We all must pay attention,
to those children always in detention.
Not one should pass us by,
for if we do many will cry;
"Why didn't we try?"
If you say-I don't have time,
at least give others your dime.
With your donations,
prevent a robbery at a gas station.

It's up to you what you do,
"It was Who?"

Thanks Hoot. When I hear about a tragedy of
a killing or someone badly injured due to
another, I find myself wondering about
the perpetrator, how they end up doing such
unreal acts of violence. How they get past
not being recognized for someone that needs
help.
