The sensual movements
you apply to stretch,
to yawn, intrigue me so.
The softness of that
flexible body that can
lay there in inspiring
contemplation...
reminds me of a ballerina.

Your elegance is regal
mysterious feline
the aloofness as you walk
the certainty of being the boss
kitty-cat to you-
I salute!
your banquet please enjoy.

Purring in my ear
kneading on my chest
arousing my curiosity
displaying such control
your gracefulness is bold
my weakness I confess
is in falling deep in love
with a presence so detached.

Very nicely written words about our furry little friends

Great job, there is a music or sensuality to cats, and their aloofness makes their moments of rare affection that much more special. We have two felines, we love them dearly and they delight us daily.
