Not that long ago,a child was born you see.
She wasn't brought home to a wealthy family.
Altough,her mother tried to give her what she could.
Her father seemed to stay away,not doing as he should.

They always seemed to manage, just how they never knew.
With love her mother would bandage,just as mothers do.
Their 26 year marriage,was over now for good.
Altough,he remarried we all knew he would.

Now he is happy with wife number four.
Never again will he ever step back through our door.
At last all is fine and well.
Deep down in my heart, I hope he burns in hell.

Ouch....but boy can I relate to that one. I think I've made the same sentiments under my breath more than once with my ex
