I sat back really quiet,
And didn't say a word.
When someone said to "cork it,"
It was Long John, that big nerd.

So now I sit a thinkin,
Bout the words I write.
How can I get him back,
In this war we fight?

Content I was to read,
And laugh at all the jokes.
But then he pulled me in,
With the few words that he spoke.

Hey there dovie..."cork it,"
Is what he said to me.
I can't just let this go,
I can't just let it be.

For I will think of something,
Though it may take me a bit.
I really ain't so quick,
When it comes to funny wit.

Soon Sailor boy I will think of something! LOL

Whtdove, the modest, with a sharp reply?
You guys watch out, she'll poke you in the eye!
Whtdove, with no remorse
will set you all straight on course!

Whtdove, with intelligence keen
will strip you skein by skein
of whate'er intelligence you possess
and laugh all the while, nevertheless.

Whtdove, you deserve the praise
Now go out there and haze!

Now, dear Ms. Dovey, put away those evil thoughts,
Don't you know encouraging Toerag is something you ought not?
He'll just get encouraged to write about Molly Moose.
We really should be careful when we turn him loose.

You have been a sweetie, so innocent and pure,
And your encouragement was just naivete I'm sure.
You are, after all, the finest person in this forum,
And rebuking a saint like me would be without decorum.

besides.... I can write lots of limericks about doves... heh heh heh

White Dove you are a friend of mine
And I would gladly help
You snap that LongJohn back in line
He's such a silly whelp.

But men against the women? Dove
You better think that through.
Since you can't threaten holding love
We'd make mincemeat of you.

The weapon women always use
To keep a man in line
Is how they're able to refuse
To let their man make time.

Strong men have fallen by the side
And, I'm sure, there've been many
Who've tumbled when their women cried,
"Hah! You're not getting any!!!!"

But you don't have that option here.
A war would be quite senseless.
For Toe and John and Balladeer
Would leave you quite defenseless.

So save your wars for other clowns
Whose passions you can ply on.
Don't make this place a battleground
That you would surely die on.

Oh Balladeer I heard you clear,
Though it would be such fun.
For all the girls to get together
In a war we might have won.

Though I cannot use it
Against you this is true,
It really is just Long John
In my war I do pursue.

So any help you'd give me
Or words you'd throw that rhyme,
I really would appreciate it,
I'm havin one helluva time!

Boy I was gettin scared there. One war at a time please! And never, I beg you please, never men against the women. I don't care what Sir Balladeer thinks, we would get slaughtered. You just go on ahead and devour LGA at your leisure. It shall be a joy to see. By the way... really great reads all the way down.
