I find myself sitting here every night,
thinking of how the fun we had is gone.
What happened to she who was my delight,
vanishing as she does with every dawn?
Once we found joy in being together,
caught up in the pleasure of being loved.
Now all we talk about is the weather,
while each minute makes me feel more unloved.
We spent the nights together just talking,
secure in the knowledge that we were one.
Now I feel that away you are walking,
for this relationship has come undone.

Sadly, she was stuck in depression.
A place she could not be rescued from...
Many had tried with not a succession...
It wasn't you, but the lack of lithium...
Give her the chance to make herself well.
She'll be alright, in time, if you're there.
Though it may hurt her, she cannot tell-
She needs to know that you love her and care.

It is this Dark Knight's duty to save her.
The love she offers is more than reward.
Depression badly wants to enslave her.
My silver tongue guards her as shield and sword.

I will love her all of my days.
I will care for her always.
