There is someone, did you know,
With a heart as deep as the ocean,
And as wild as the fiercest wind.

They fear him, did you know
His anger they compare to thunder
And his hatred has the force of storms

They call him evil did you know,
For he wears a frown across his soul,
And a look like the devil's very own

That man loves me, did you know,
As gently as the silent rain,
And warmer than the constant sun.

Someone loves him, did you know
With a heart so full of life and joy
And as deeply as the starry sky.

That someone is I.

I'm glad you two special "someones" have each other! What a sweet poem-what does he think? All that matters is your opinion of this guy, no one else's.

Hi my sweet. And Elizabeth, I think she is the most beautiful person in the whole world. Im not a poet, or even very poetic. This is what she means to me.

No light, only sound, from outside there is,
Once innocent and loving, long ago as a kid.
Through pain and the hurt, that was my life,
Brick by Brick, piece by piece, to protect me inside.
Rigid and stone, this hard surface shell,
As a man I now realize I'm trapped in this hell.
For me there was no way, I could see to get out,
Then an Angel appeared, through the walls she would shout,
“My friend I do care, please trust in my love,
I swear Ill protect you, from heaven above”.
In my disbelief, I prayed she was true,
I'm tortured! I'm trapped! Lord, I beg you!
When I heard her voice, she spoke to my soul,
Past the armor surrounding, far down in this hole.
But as I looked up, this Angel walked through ,
the walls had no meaning, and to me this was new.
Magnificent beauty, her soul was a flame,
And at that very moment, my life had then changed.
After knowing her long, she began to teach me,
I could walk through the walls, to escape easily.
Her trust and her kindness, are always there,
She's loving and caring, but I know she is scared.
She still leads me out, we talk, and spend time,
But as soon as it ends, the shell's again mine.
I know to the world, my shell is immense
But to my sweet Angel, the brick walls now a fence.
Then she built a gate, that's straight to my heart,
So there'd be no walls, to keep us apart.
But I keep those same walls, my once hidden place,
To share with my Angel, so she can feel safe.
I try to always tell her, that I will be there,
To rescue and help her, and that I truly care.
This Angel God gave me, I thank everyday,
I don't always say it, But I do when I pray.
The real me inside, that's freed from this hell
Loves his friend, and his darling, this beautiful Angel.
