If I had only known You always tried to brighten my life To show me the silver lining in the darkest of clouds Painted my dreams beautifully before my eyes Bringing me to giggles when I cried There to comfort me in the darkest of nights Holding me so gently when I wanted to die Never giving up when everyone else would Understanding in that odd, peculiar, sweet sort of way All of my silly, eccentric, strange talks and ways ------------------ "Never let anyone keep you from your dreams, follow your heart, be true to yourself, and if that special someone does to, go ahead, walk together side by side as one!! |
