From Nan - Does anyone recognize this poem as the work of another? - passioner, kindly revise your profile and submit a valid email address - Thank you

Pieces of the sky lay along the wet asphalt
As if the brutal beauty above had sprung a leak
Champagne blush painted the gathering omnipotent clouds
Seemingly modest of their powerful intensity

The placid sky turned lively
A strobe light playing exultingly
Accompanied by the roars of some frustrated god
Wishing to be heard

The ephemeral bursts of shock white
Illuminated a face in the window,
Eyes highlighted with a rainy sheen
Moist lips in a melancholy curve
The reflection was sharply swept away
The burning out of the bleached light stealing it cunningly

The sky darkened conspiciuously,
Strangely emblematic of her mood,
Drenching out the last outreaching rays of sun,
Unwanted as they were special nothing

passioner,
Enjoyed the poem but I think I might have used bleaching instead of drenching in the last stanza.
