Mother Nature put on a show
Skies lit with eerie glow
Clouds banked high all around
Lightning stabbing at the ground
Heavy ozone in the air
Wind playing with my hair
Counting down each sonic boom
Open windows in my room
Feeling echo down to my groin
Earthy scent sparking loin
Knowing it wasn't really 'sane'
Ready was I to play in the rain
And when my goosebumps rose full prickle
That tease gave me a tiny sprinkle

Alicat the persnikitty

I have never had a goosebump rise to full prickle before. Oh, the things in life I have missed!
