I was walking quietly through the woods one night. Nothing was making a sound. Why was I in the woods you may ask? I was hiding…hiding from the full moon. I came to a clearing deep in the woods. I had to have at least trekked two to four miles. Where were all the animals? Oh right…they were hiding from me. Well at least I knew it was safe here. Then I changed. I shifted into a large black furred wolf. My eyes were a dark purple. They get so dark they appear black. They have the tiniest flecks of blue scattered through them. After I finished my change the night came alive. I could hear the beating of owls’ wings, and the scurrying of mice. Then I saw him…another large wolf. He was a pale ghostly white. With eyes as deep and bright as endless blue puddles with fireflies skimming on the brim. I couldn’t believe another existed. At the exact moment our eyes locked and everything went dark.
