fingers like robins fly sprigs of thought, twigs of reflection, and occasional bright garlands of inspiration across the key board, pecking away in the seconds between work to be done and the need to bear witness. as an egg swirled into hot water congeals in three minutes, a five minute doodle in the coffebreak lunch hour whirlpool of everyday, often jells into a posie when left on a back burner to simmer.
