Tonight
there was nothing else
in this vintage light
only hope
only the quantum flow your heart saw
a pearl moon emanating like the birth
of comets not yet found
you tilted softly across the verandah
we streched like pilgrims on a return
to love's universal beyond
we were the world within your eyes
and the dreams only left once
in the graveyards.

This is really lovely.  I think that more people would read it and enjoy it if you posted in Open Poetry.

Welcome to PiP.

Welcome to Passions and what an exceptionally grand entrance you have made.  I felt like a fly on a leaf in this scene you set.  Beautiful!
