I added to this so now there is more but still not finished...

Frozen Fingers
In the glowing cheery hallway of Grantier High School she sat. Around her the usual smiles of friends greeting friends, all those heavenly faces. She stood out like a firery rose in a blizzard. Her skin was pale almost grey, like the smog of the city. Her hair was sharp and edged like a razor, the colour of frozen fingers. Her eyes black and silent, silent like the snow. She'd been locked away before and the taste of iron alwyas ringed her mouth.

She hated moving, every month a new home. The places were not usually that bad but this one had to be the worst. All the colour made her whoosy, Never seen so much colour in one hallway. Her father was always finding bigger and better houses he liked and with his job he could move pretty much anywhere. At times she wouldn't even unpack, Hoping one day he'd stop moving and they'd settle and have a somewhat balanced lifestyle, a normal life, But those were the things that only happened on television. A perfect family, a perfect grade and trivial problems solved in 22 minutes. Utter Crap.

Her temple began to pound, palms going sweaty, she knew any second the bell would ring and she'd be in her english class the one of the day she dreaded the most. The one with them in it. Why couldn't they just get that she wanted to be alone, she didnt need them or anyone. For a minute she thought about going home but then she'd have to share the house with her dads new girlfirend. One of those dumb blondes who like to rollerblade and go on rollercoasters, not to mention she was half the age of her dad.

She pulled herself up and rolled a lifesaver around in her mouth. Pull yourself together she pleaded inside her head. She took those dreaded steps to her classroom. Strangers eyes followed her wondering where she came from and what she was doing in their school. It was like gloom at a wedding, she was gloom, shouldn't have been there. She took one last breath and headed into the double doors of the room. She walked down the aisles of desks and herad whispering all around, The whole room whispering. Buzzing like bees, all in her ears, but she couldn't swat them away they were everywhere. Eating off her, her flaws making them smile, there perfect pearly smiles clenched at the sight of this outsider. Nobody says anything to her the whole class when the bell rings the buzzzing is over.

"Bliss, It's good to see a new face at this school. How are you fitting in?"
The teacher asks like she really cares, Bliss knows that the teacher is worried how shes going to bring the class average down, her perfect class and now she gets this girl, (If you could call her that) so late in the year how will she ever make it through midterms....yadda....yadda...yadda.
Bliss smiles at the teachers concerned look and replies in the sweetest angel voice she can manage " Much easier here then my old school, thanks".

Bliss strutted away but not too soon so that she couldn't see the glee in the teachers face. She hadn't heard a word of the teachers lecture today and she knew she'd pay for it in the long run. But isn't that the case for everything?
*****

"Mememeetmeeet", Bliss pushed the snooze button on her alarm, recalling last nights events, it teared her up still thinking about it. Stay calm, be rational....he didnt mean it hes just a liar like always. You cant trust anyone, remember? Bliss thought to herself.

Last night she had been sitting at the kitchen table, the sun had been setting and shed pulled out an old tape that was playing. It had been the perfect place to escape. Untll Barbie (as Bliss called her) and her dad had come in to her haven. They told her flat out, they were getting married. Getting married? Great Bliss had thought I get to have an older sister! After the startling news Bliss had gone out to the garden. Where ever she went she always planted a garden full of Carnations her mothers favorite flower.

Bliss's mom had been pretty with dark eyes and pink rosy cheeks, everything she was around turned to life. When she went outside the sun always smiled at her and the wind always kissed her cheeks. Bliss had always wished her dad was more like mom, but alas he wasn't he was a man of 40 who was getting married to a 23 year old Barbie If that wasnt screwed what was?

Bliss climbed out of  bed when her second alarm went off, her eyes felt as though they were wired open. She trudged to the bathroom were Barbie was putting on her pink lipglass, Not lipgloss that ofcourse was a total diffrent thing as Bliss had learned from her new older sister.
"Bliss, hun don't cha think (smacks her lips) you could use a little colour? I have all that sorta stuff if you want to attract an older man (kisses the mirror)" Barbie says to Bliss.
Bliss didn't wait to hear the rest she bolted on the spot, if a lion had been chasing her she would have out run him. She leaped into her room putting on some gloomy clothes and trotted her way outside were she was swallowed by the white carnations. She was starting to get used to hiding.

The next day ofcourse was school, she couldn't miss it twice in a row what would her english teacher think? She went to school and she barley made it through the day, she was becomming more and more lonely by the moment, as much as she hated to admit it. So during lunch she went to her orginal corner and sat and noticed another lost soul was sitting there.

The souls skin was pale and hair hung long in his face, his lips were mouthing along the words of the song he was lsteaning to. His hands were shaking and Bliss noticed his fingernails were colored jet black. She smiled at her new  lost soul and he looked up at her only to see her smiling. They both smiled, then as if they had known each other forever they began to talk. Bliss learned her lost souls name was Dice. He had lived in the city all his life untill he was forced to move to this colorful place, he lived alone with his mom and had a little sister named Reenanna.
Bliss was awed at his family and at him, the bell rang and he left leaving Bliss wanting more of his flesh.

I'm just kickin it up

You sir are a writer :P. I am very impressed! great sroty and I do hope you write more. I love the idea, maybe because I've been thinking about this alot lately. I was resently talking to a 'friend' of mine who's very sheltered, and we had a nice long conve on how people who are different get shut out. Goths, Puncks.. Gay or Lesbian. Mixes of those. "If I saw a two f*ckin faggots (pardon) making out on the street I'd kick their ass" he said. I asked why and he replyed with: I dunno, just because it's gross and wrong. And who are they to judge what others do? I think it's horrible how some people are look down on for that. I'm guessing that's what's happening to Bliss in the story? she's dark...different. I love the way you put "He had lived in the city all his life untill he was forced to move to this colorful place" This colorful place!. WOW! way to put it! He was forced to leave something that's close and comftribule to him and was thrown into a place when he just CAN'T fit in. That could turn into a WONDERFUL story. Such a strange and beautiful match. I personaly love to draw and your story is one of those things that inspires me to do so. If I had a better discription I would.
But anyways back on the topic. Thanx so much for sharing the story! I really hope you'll finish it.
looking out
