She saw his face everywhere. She had been walking in the very same forest that she always came to when she saw a stream. This was unusual, for she had been through this forest countless times, but never seen a stream. She looked into the water, it had a silvery glow to it. She saw tiny bugs flying over it, but they didn't look like bugs. Amanda looked closer at the creatures, they were tiny faries. They laughed and giggled as they flew around her. "Hello, mortal." one of the smaller ones said to her. "H-Hello." she studdered.
The faries laughed harder, whispering silently to each other. "We are wishing faries." another small one said. "Wishing faries?" she repeted. "We will grant you what your heart needs, not what you want." said the first one, giggling. "You wish for love, for a man." said a different one. "Yes." Amanda said. "You must climb the mountian that begins at the end of this forest, once at the top take some snow and put in in a vile, take the vile back down to this stream, put in in the stream and it will melt, take the vile full of water and pour it on Josh's grave, the next morning he will be waiting for you here." said the smallest farie.

If only it were that simple...

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.
