   Standing in the rain, she looked at him, love in her eyes. She loved him, yet he did not even know of her. She was only on the other side of the fence, yet it felt like standing on the other side of the world. She saw him look at her, but she turned her face.

   Standing in the rain, he looked at her. He loved her but he thought she knew nothing of him. There she was on the other side of the fence. He walked away never telling her of his love.

good, but short... l'd 'luv' to see this with more detail... what happens to them?
is there ANY hope?
just me being curious, but l like.

This is extremely good, clever. The shift in perspective works well. It could be developed but I kinda like it as it is.....I guess it's all down to opinion in the end
