The e-mail is the tool that has kept us together. Ever seen the movie, “You got mail.” The movie correlated with my emotions at that time She seems to enjoy the way we communicate and I do not mind it at all. I only hoped that I could talk to her from face to face rather than using 0’s and 1’s. Whatever the old man up there is doing must be right. As my modem connected to the server, I would await in hunger that it being the connection took its time. If the connections were longer than anticipated, it would signal new messages. When I would receive her e-mail, the first thing I would look at is the e-mail address, “temptingnp” and my heart would breath again. Sometimes when I received e-mail messages from other people, I would save hers for the end. Her message would remind me of dessert, so sweet, which left a happy feeling throughout my day. I would read her e-mail once, in excitement. No air would enter my lungs as I read her one page e-mails. Then I would come home from work and re read them. Her e-mails are a little novel, for I cannot wait for the next one to be available. I would save all the e-mails and reply to them as if I was writing a letter to a university. I chose my words carefully as if they were knives which if misused would cause harm. Before I met Rose, I enjoyed my weekends, for that is when I could relax and not worry about school or anything else for that matter. Now come to think of it, I hardly do worry about anything. However, my dear Rose had changed everything. No type of response I would receive from her over the weekend. Two days of ultimate torture I live through, No pain no gain right, I told myself. I would sit there like a dog, waiting for my owner to show up. During the weekends, she went out or she had to attend some family meeting or take her grandmother and grandfather somewhere. I would turn the computer on just to see if she e-mailed me. However, the connection would end as soon as it started. Left with disappointment, I would pursue to do my homework that supposedly helped me take my mind of her. At the strike of midnight on Sunday night, I would calm myself down for I knew that she would be their tomorrow.(Part7)
