When it's late at night and I sit back and think how wonderful it was to see you. I gaze into your picture and start to feel that I'm missing you already. Beginning to wonder what it would feel like to never see you again. A sense of eternal emptiness sweeps over me. And I begin to cry. Difficult as it is to make me cry, the tears come flowing easily. Looking deeper into the picture, I notice I can not see your eyes. I remember the soothing of my soul as our eyes met. And I can only visualize the sparkling gems, as the tears trickle down my cheeks. And from somewhere way off in the distance, I hear your voice, and feel your passionate touch. Streaming down my face and dripping off my shivering chin the tears are gently soaked up and relieved by my shirt. As my fists clench, and I rock back and forth in pain. I feel joy. Joy that is created by a chance. Knowing that I once looked into your mysterious eyes, and spoke softly to you, is a moment that stays in my heart. I look up at the stars, through blurry eyes, and thank God for the opportunity. Trusting fate has led me to my true destiny. I lay back in the grass. As the dew is soaked up by all my clothes, I close my eyes once more, squeezing a tear from the corner of each fragile eye. I take in a deep breath, and feel my heart beat only love. As my body is calmed by the warm summer night breeze, I slowly open my eyes, and steal one last peek, at my dazzling Princess. |
