Thank you. Thank you so much. You should know how much you really do mean to me. You taught me to love again. But not only did you teach me to love you, but to love me again, as well. I thought I was in love when I was with him, but I was wrong. The way I felt about him could never even compare to the way I feel about you. You have given me something that I could never repay you for. You have reinstilled the confidence I once had in myself. For the first time in a long time I can honestly say that I love myself. I actually mean it, too. You are my first boyfriend that is actually interested in what I write. You really don't know how much this means to me. It actually showed me someone cares and someone is willing to listen. That is one thing I was not always able to say. Trust has always been a major issue for me, if you didn't notice already. It just seems every guy that I get attached to just get up and leave. I've had boyfriends although none of them truly cared about me or anything I did, until there was him. Yes, he really did care about me, and for a very long time, but I'm really doubting that now anyway. I promise that I do trust you, and I always will, as long as you promise me one thing. I promised myself when I was still with him that when we seperated I would never put myself in the position to get hurt like that again. That I would never get attached to another guy that much again. It's a little late for that, but I'm incredibly happy things turned out the way they did. But you have to promise me that now I have fallen in love with you and you mean this much to me, you won't leave soon, and when you finally do (which I hope will never happen) that you will warn me. I suppose it really was destiny that brought us together. I mean from the second our eyes met I knew you were the only one I ever wanted to be with. It didn't matter that I was with him, I wanted you. I still can not believe you gave me a chance. I have no idea how I ended up with someone as perfect as you. Someone so sweet, kind and gentle. Someone who loves me for the person I am. That is so inconceivable to me. You actually do love me, and if anything, that to me is scary. I really didn't think there was someone out there for me. I am so glad I was wrong. I want to be with you for as long as possible. I love you more than you could possibly know. I want you to hold me in your arms forever and never let me go. But I don't want to scare you away. I'm just not used to someone loving me. So if at anytime I begin to scare you away, please tell me. You mean too much to me and I could never conceive losing you. I have learned so much from you in such a short period of time. Love at first sight does exist. A relationship built on trust in which both people can be honest with each other is possible. Communication is possible, too. Someone actually cares about what I have to say. It really is possible for me to be confident and love the person I am. There is so much I have to thank you for, I don't even know where to start. You have no idea how much you mean to me. I want to be yours forever. I want you to be mine, too. I love the way I feel inside of your arms. I feel so safe and never want to leave. Thank you for all the things you have done in such a short period of time. I love you forever. Love Always, ~Susie |
