I want you to have the world
but I can't give it to you
I want you to have the stars out of the sky
but I can't reach that far
I want to put the moon next to you
but I can't seem to find the right place
I want you to have sunny days
but I know that storms will come
I can't seem to give you the things I want you to have
All I can give you
Is my LOVE
MY UNDERSTANDING
MY TRUST
MY LOYALTY
MY HONESTY
All these things and more I promise to you this day
From the bottom of my heart
With all my LOVE
NEVER doubting a word I write

Welcome to the family Strawberry!
This is a magnificent poem, but I must point out, that in being such, it probably would fit better in the Open Poetry Forum. So, I'm gonna nudge it on over there, where it can get the attention it deserves!
