Though a problem has not yet come up, with the multi-part stories being posted, I feel the need to bring this to your attention. It is an excerpt from the forum rules.

"Disk space and bandwidth (especially bandwidth!) aren't free yet, and I suspect the Internet isn't ready for the Great American Novel. So I'm going to have to place some length limitations. My initial thought,
when talking to our new moderator about it, was about 2,000 words. I would appreciate it if we could keep most of the posts about that length, but I think I'm going to set the limit a bit higher. Say, 5,000 words? And
please don't try to get around this limitation by breaking a post into multiple posts.
If someone thinks that limitation is too onerous, write me. Or jump over to the Alley and state your case."

Please try and restrict your multi-part stories to 5,000 words in total, not per post. It hasn't become a problem yet, and occasionally going over that may be acceptable, but please try and keep it around that. Thank you all for your time.
