My dearest Love,
Three small words have such incredible power over me. When I speak them to you, my heart skips a beat or two. My nerves burn with a rush of energy that was long untapped and unknown to me until I found you. My breath comes in quavering, quivering, draughts as a feeling of peace floods throughout me. My doubts disappear and I know all that I know with certainty once more. When you say it to me, vertigo hits like a wave crashing into the shore. When I hear those three little words from you in that certain tone of voice which both screams and whispers them to me along with your words, my world rocks to it's core. That feeling of belonging, of being needed, rolls through me like a sublime tidal wave. All the ripples and waves you make within me with those three words, collide against my disharmony and makes of me a still, placid surface. Within my depths, those words from your lips stir currents in places near stagnant with apathy.

Lover you are the balm which soothes my every pain, and the sweet water that quenches my parched need for peace. I have come to know that you are my reason for being, though when I am with you, reason flies away on angel's wings and ghostly kisses. You have become the prize for which all my suffering has been endured. Those three words are not enough to hold the vast feelings that I have for you, yet hearing them from you is more than enough for I. Words, whether spoken or written cannot provide the honor which you deserve for when with you I am struck speechless with enraptured adoration and contemplation of the wonder that you are. Dearheart, you are the path that supports through life, ever leading me onward to that which has truly been my goal and the destination where my entire travels and journeys end; your open arms. My darling, with those three words, you complete me.

Three small words, just three syllables, who would I have believed had they told me those three little words would have such a profound impact on the person I was to become? I would have disbelieved them all I know. That would have been a wonderful irony I could add to loving you, but irony even escapes me in the wake of the feelings I have for you. My razor tongue has been sheathed in velvet and it's silver words spin gossamer webs of delight solely for you. Three words have become my mantra. They have eased my loneliness on many nights as I recall each nuance of each word as it was spoke by you. Those three words make all my decisions for me regarding you and my life. I simply do what is best for you and best for us. So much is accomplished and valued by those three words.

Until next my pen puts ink to paper, remember that you are the delight of my night and the brightest star in my heavens. I love you.

Wow so versatile, I like what you have created. The ability to write love from both perspectives, that is a challenge. Very well written, Lucky Woman!!!

Someday, perhaps, someone will write such a piece about me. Absolutely wonderful.

Again we are twain, Dream. I could not have put to words this well what "three" words has meant in my life. This is a great tribute to your love and to Love, itself. (I am still in disbelief Myself, I think) Great job.

This is truly beautiful, my friend. That great irony - we the writers, the worshippers of words, so often find them completely inadequate!!!
