Purgatorial Incarceration

Before I start, I want to say that if your name is NOT Severn, you may read this.
Severn: You can't read this...

J/K, of course I want you to read this, anticipating a fiery response, full of "s'" and "u's!"

Towers of perdition, rise up into the sky with uncharacteristic dispassion.
Devoid of warmth, they assault the very sense of mother nature, as she cradles us in her ever-forgiving bosom.
What is mankind's alibi?
Monomaniacal Ambition.
Reaching for a god only nominally served, we ignore the eldritch influences of the earth. Hurricanes, earthquakes, tornado's, etc., are only passionate cries for surcease of rape. Borne from the core, the heart of our planet, they echo unheard throughout the land. Deaf ears misinterpret willingly, unable to face the truth of their own mortality.
Steel spires, stone ballasts, glass walls.
The heady heat from the toil of drones that pace the streets. We march between the consequence of our desire to excise the breath from the very womb that spawned our intricate evil.
Our illness is unknowingly nurtured at birth, allowing us to later strike dark betrayal at the heart of the world.
We obscure the form however, until we see nothing but an incohate idealism.
Progress.
It is a validation of our identity, the means by which we justify our destruction, and a metaphor for life.
And these buildings are our proof of existance, our mortal heritage.
Resonant with desecration, the truths of our innefectuality are pierced into the skin of the Earth, jutting toward our future target; the stars.

Everyone has a photographic memory...
...most of us just don't have film!

Don't get me wrong, this is great..full of fire and feeling. But there were a couple of misspelled words in it. I hope you'll be more careful...

Your biggest fan,

O.
