I want to pull my hair back and run far away, in the rain, on a summer evening.
I want to lay on a hot sandy beach, under the sun, listening to children play and adults
socializing while keeping to myself in solitude.
I want to climb the ladder of a high-dive and feel confident with eyes on my body and
form...
I want to feel sexy, feminine.
I want to fall in love all over again every day with my husband.
I want to laugh all the time with my girlfriends.
I want to make my children happy every second of every hour....
I want to fall asleep ever night in the arms of the other half of myself.

This reads well as prose, but the imagery is poetic too. I think this, like the other stories posted are so replete with poetic imagery, that they could be considered both. Format then would the distinction.

This has such strong feelings in it, and i think you've expressed them very deeply.  I get such a sense of peace reading this, like that's the way it should be.  Very nice work!
