Hi, I have recently attempted to upload a newer photo of me, however it doesn't seem to be working. I followed the guidelines for size and it is a photo of only my face... Yet it doesn't seem to be working for me. Where may I be going wrong?

"Doesn't seem to be working" is a little vague. You should be getting an error message of some kind?

Chances are it's telling you the file size is too big. Even if you've cropped the photo dimensions to the required 100 by 150 pixels, the data can sometimes exceed the limits imposed by the server (10K, if I remember correctly). The answer is to compress the photo when you save it in your favorite graphics program. Exactly how you do that, unfortunately, depends on the graphics program.

If you continue to have problems, please email me and we can find a solution together.
