I screwed up I need some help: Poetry Question

I have posted all my poetry on here, but never made a backup for myself.. and after reading Ron's post that the system can crash at any moment and my poetry could be gone I pretty much felt my stomach drop.

Is there an easy way for me to save it all onto a disk.. I dont care if I have to all the replies, I'm looking for an immediate solution and I can copy and paste them without the replies eventually when I have time to do so.

Right now I am just worried that I am going to lose all my poetry and have it disappear into the depths of the world wide web forever.

Please let me know what Ican do.

If I were you, I would start researching your poems, Kellie, then cut and paste to a Word program, then back that all up on disk, as well.

It will take some work, but would be very worthwhile, especially as you have over 400 originating posts. I know they are all not poetry, but a good number of them are, and you won't want to lose them.

This may not be what you expected: but I would recommend printing them, and binding them into a book.

As a book you may have them anywhere you take them, whether you have a computer or not, and give it to anyone else whether he or she has a computer or not.

Computer content is much more likely to be destroyed or abandoned and disappear (just like the technology they are in) than a true book that is treated well.
