One:by any chance do you think that there might be a color change coming for the forum anytime soon. I was just wondering since we have been using the same colors for years. I love them, but I know that change is good too. Two: I would like to know if the main post is ever going to be back up and running again. I have a few pieces from '99 and I would like to either take them down or add some pieces to them so that I can update and show that I have grown and changed over the years. I know that you have been busy in the middle of trying to get it back up but it has been awhile and I was wondering how the progress was going. Please help. Thank you. Hey Yv... My two cents... The "Blue Pages" wouldn't be the same in any color but blue. We do have some festive changes over the holidays at times, though... The Main site? My educated guess is SOON...  |

1. I have the software for our new forums is almost ready. The design, however, has barely even started, though I think it's pretty safe to assume the predominant colors will remain blue. However, the new forums will also be "skinable," so the color scheme certainly won't be carved in stone for anyone. 2. The main site is actually ready to be updated. The software is finished, there are several thousand new poems edited and ready to be added, and there are some slight design changes ready to implement. What has been lacking, and continues to be lacking, is a sufficiently long enough period of time to devote to installing everything. The changes are pretty extensive, which means something unexpected is surely going to blow up in my face. I need to find two to four weeks where I need do nothing but respond to problems and fix bugs. I doesn't look like that's going to happen this year. Coincidentally, however, the netpoets.com domain name has a birthday on January 3. So, who knows ... |
