My friend Bailey would like to join pip but new members cannot join. I know that in the past if people have reccomended someone and can vouch for them, that you could set them up an account. Well...lol...I told her to e-mail you...i guess she e-mailed a different administrator maybe.....? I don't know...she's a member now, and said she had an admin. help.  Thanks though Karilea!  I feel bad though.
