Nan/Alli4000
As you can see at the bottom of this post, I am having a problem with my signature.
I went back and did an edit, the original request said at the end of quote "Longfellow- "The Day Is Done", I changed it twice from what shows ("Longfello"), The rest dissapears when it shows in a reply or post....I noted that it is limited in the numbers of words you can use, or does 150 charectors mean 150 letters? Even if so, I am still well under that.. Further help would be greatly appreciated..

"Come, read to me some poem,
Some simple and heartfelt lay,
That shall soothe this restless feeling,
And banish the thoughts of day."

If I remember correctly spaces between letters count too...
If you take off your quotes, or take out a couple commas, etc you will be able to finish his name, but youre not gonna be able to fit the poem title too. Hope this helps.

Ok, i counted the characters counting spaces that you would have if it did include "The Day Is Done" part as well.  It turns out that that would be equal to 162 characters.

Like Janet Marie said, you could get rid of the commas, etc. and it would be 150 characters exact.  Although if you do that, it kinda takes away from the poem/quote.

If you have Word try and copy and paste your signature into a document.  You can then click on "Tools" and then "Word Count" from the drop down box.  It will tell you the characters counting spaces, etc.  Try experimenting with it and see what happenes.....

If you have any other questions for me you can write it here or e-mail me at alg20@juno.com
I also have aol instant messenger and yahoo messenger: Alli4000

I hope that this helps in some way...good luck!!!
